Easter Dinner - Latina Style

Hello Family!
So both of our bros ditched us, so we made our own Easter Dinner. One to be jealous of. It was super yummy! We made salsa, guacamole, bread, Fideo, and fruit salad. We were very domestic. And it also made us feel really old. Us making our own Easter Dinner - we're officially not little girls anymore... that's a bit scary.
So this was the beginning of our journey. AKA the long process of making the dang meal. Mom, I just think you're a stud for doing this every day for as long as you have been. Props.
This was the beginning of our salsa and guacamole. We decided to take a picture of the ingredients with us in it to prove that we made the amazing concoction.
Mmm-mmm. That's all I have to say about that. Oh, except for how cute it was that Michelle had the idea of putting the guac back in the avocado shell. It actually kept it green, which was sweet.
Best part of the evening - FIDEO!!!! Yum yum, let me just tell you. We were impressed with ourselves to be honest. And I was sure I was going to ruin the food, but it actually turned out really well if I do say so myself.
And I basically just thought that this picture was really cool because I used the color accent and it picked up the green in my eyes. I love that feature. I love my camera. Thanks again Mom and Dad, you're the best!
So that was our easter. Jesse and David showed up later to eat some fruit salad, and some Fideo of course. But its good because basically Michelle is my extended family, so I still spent Easter with family. But we really did feel old though. It was kinda weird, and it didn't really feel like Easter because we weren't home with the fam. But I guess I should get used to that. Well I love you all and I CAN'T WAIT to see you all in a few days. LOVE YOU!!!!

Homesick!

Hey Everyone!!
Not much has been happening here, just midterms and what not. Which P.S. I got a 97 on my last Anatomy Lecture midterm, which I'm SUPER excited about! Its nice to find something that you love that you excel at. I'm just really excited about the classes ahead of me in my major. And if I continue to do well in classes, maybe somebody will actually accept me into medical school. We'll see. Its far away, but I'm hoping.
Well like I said. Not much going on here. I come home in less than a week and half and I can't wait!!!! I'm SO excited to see Savannah and to see all my little babes. I hear Tate should be walking by the time Bub and I arrive. I can't believe how fast they grow!
Well I just thought I'd put up this really cute photo of Dad and I when he visited a few weeks ago. Daddy and Stanley took all of us out for dinner at Red Robin and this is where this was taken. I LOVED when they came, it was so much fun! It was also super funny when we figured out that one of Dad's mission buddies is my Chemistry professor. I still have to go see him. Maybe I gots the hook-ups :)
Well I'll see you all soon! Can't wait! LOVE YOU!!!!
